saucectl spotlight reporter

The spotlight reporter highlights failed or otherwise interesting jobs. It may include an excerpt of failed tests or other information that may be useful for troubleshooting. It is available as part of saucectl v0.157.0

Spotlight can be set up for Cypress, Playwright, TestCafe, XCUIT, and Espresso.
