Sauce Labs Product Announcements

Sauce Labs is continually adding support for the testing frameworks that run through saucectl -- our test orchestrator CLI. In October 2021, we added support for the following framework versions:

• Cypress 8.6.0. Cypress on Sauce Docs
• Playwright 1.15.2 Playwright on Sauce Docs
• TestCafe 1.16.1. TestCafe on Sauce Docs

In addition, as we move forward to offer the newest features and APIs offered by our supported frameworks, we must also phase out support for older versions that have limited value to our customers. The following versions are deprecated and will no longer be supported as of December 1, 2021:

Cypress: 5.5.0. | 5.6.0. | 6.6.0 | 7.1.0

Playwright: 1.7.1. | 1.10.0 | 1.11.1 | 1.12.3

TestCafe: 1.10.1 | 1.11.0

Please upgrade your frameworks accordingly to take advantage of newly introduced capabilities!
