iOS 27 is now available for testing on Sauce Labs real devices on Day 0.

iOS 27 introduces a range of changes for app developers, including:
New app life cycle model: The scene-based (UIScene) life cycle is now mandatory. Apps built with the iOS 27 SDK that still use the legacy app delegate model fail to launch.
Siri AI and App Intent Domains: Apps that adopt App Intents schemas matching a built-in domain become directly queryable and actionable through Siri AI's natural-language interface, with no custom training required.
Redesigned components: Standard UIKit components render with new layouts, such as the search scope bar moving inline with the search field. Screens built on system components can look different without any code change.
