End of Support Notice: Legacy Browsers & OS Versions - August 31, 2025
Sauce Labs will be removing support for the following legacy versions of operating systems and web browsers on August 31, 2025.
These deprecations allow Sauce Labs infrastructure to improve support of newer releases used by all customers.
Action needed: If you are running tests on older versions, we recommend switching to newer releases. For Android emulator versions, you can switch to the Google API Emulator to access these versions.
Please refer to the Platform Configurator for all platforms and versions supported on Sauce Labs.
Why are we doing this?
Maintaining the old versions increases reliability issues, security risk, maintenance cost, and blocks our ability to modernize our architecture for future scale and improved performance to benefit all customers.
What is the impact on you?
You will start seeing errors for older and no longer supported versions after August 31, 2025. Action is required to update to newer versions.
If you are running tests on older versions, we recommend switching to a newer release, and for Android emulator versions, you can switch to the Google API Emulator to access these versions.
Updating to newer versions will help you improve your test coverage to run automated tests in versions with broader market adoption.
